About Hearts and Hands for Africa

Why Zambia?
Zambia is one of the poorest countries in the world with the highest per capita orphan population at 10%. With the lowest lifespan of any other country, estimated at 33 years of age, it is the home to 10 million people of which 17-21% are currently infected with the HIV virus. With 80% unemployment and most of the population living on less than $1 a day. Zambia is in great need of help.
